One of the objectives of the RECaRD project, funded by the @FondsBekou and implemented by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation is to provide technical support to the Ministry of Health and Population and its Regional (ECR) and District (ECD) Executive Teams based in the different regions of the Central African Republic.
In order to contribute to the process of harmonizing the national system in terms of pricing of health services, data collection and care protocols, AICS works on a regular base with two technical assistants who visit the various offices in order to collaborate with the ECR and ECDs and develop concrete approaches to improve coordination between the different levels.
Joint supervisions help the staff of the ECR and ECDs to strengthen the link between the different health professionals, to improve their supervision capacities but also to find common solutions to the specific problems and difficulties of each region/district.
