The delivery ceremony of four vehicles to the Ministry of Health and Population was held in Bangui this morning in the framework of the project "ATECH-Assistance Technique aux Equipes Cadres visées à l'Harmonisation de gestion des services sanitaires" realised by CUAMM within the "RECaRD - Renforcement de capacités des équipe cadre des régions" program et de district” progtamme financed by the Bekou Fund and managed by AICS Khartoum.
The four Toyota Hiluxes, destined respectively for the Health Region 2 and for the Health Districts of Bossangoa - RS 3, Ouango Gambo - RS 6 and Haute Kotto - RS 5, will contribute to the process of decentralization of the Central African health system.
H.E. Pierre Somse, Minister of Health, expressed his deep gratitude towards the Italian Cooperation for its work and the long-lasting relationship since 2016. He concluded his speech by reaffirming the absolute importance of valid partnerships, such as the Italian-Central African, which can really make a difference in a country characterized by a protracted and complex humanitarian crisis.
