Good job to the 5 NGO projects approved for the emergency programme for refugees, internally displaced persons, returning populations and host communities of Lake Chad

The 5 NGO proposals of the emergency programme for refugees, internally displaced persons, returning populations and host communities of Lake Chad in the areas of protection, agriculture and food security and health were approved.

The approved projects are:

ACAP - Sant'Egidio: CAMEROON Prisons: Humanization of prisons north of the country;
Incontro tra i popoli: Subjectivity and strengthening of resilience of socio-economic systems of refugee and displaced populations and of host communities in far North Cameroon;
Coopi: Support for the protection of children affected by the Lake Chad crisis;
Intersos: Health and nutrition in the Lake Chad Region and child and women's protection in the extreme North of Cameroon.
